Job description:

Pay is $15.00 – $16.00 per hour, with a Weekend Differential. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required. We offer part-time opportunities across all shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.

Primary Responsibilities of a CAREGiver include:

  • Providing companionship and engaging in conversation
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing
  • Performing light housekeeping duties and meal preparation
  • Offering medication and appointment reminders
  • Facilitating transportation for clients
  • Delivering specialized care for clients with Alzheimer’s

CAREGiver Requirements include:

  • A commitment to treating seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Strong communication skills to engage positively with clients
  • Completion of a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening
  • A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Adherence to company policies, including timely submission of certifications and documents
  • Ability to travel within Holland and nearby areas
  • Completion of all required education and training
  • Punctuality for all assigned shifts, including accurate clocking in/out and prompt completion of tasks
