This position plays a crucial role in creating cleaner and healthier environments for our clients’ buildings and grounds through the execution of the following essential duties and responsibilities.

Duties:

  • Execute all cleaning tasks for facilities utilizing provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and established procedures.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, sweeping, mopping, polishing, managing waste removal, cleaning windows, and moving furniture and equipment as necessary.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
  • Open and secure facilities, as well as manage the activation and deactivation of security systems as necessary.
  • Previous experience (1-2 years) as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for individuals demonstrating a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in a professional janitorial environment, such as an office complex, hotel, hospital, or school, is advantageous.
  • Must possess the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Contribute positively to the workplace climate with a pleasant demeanor and uphold team efforts by being punctual, dependable, and in uniform.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:
