Job Title: Bartender, Detroit Airport

Company: Delaware North

Location: Detroit, MI

Pay: $10 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $10 for a Bartender at Detroit Airport generally falls below the competitive standards for this role in both the national and local markets. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for bartenders in the Detroit area typically ranges from $12 to $15, with higher rates often prevailing in busy locations like airports due to the fast-paced environment and higher cost of living. Additionally, bartenders often earn tips, which can significantly raise their overall earnings; however, the base pay itself at $10 is less attractive and may not effectively entice qualified candidates in a competitive labor market. Overall, this rate does not align well with industry expectations for bartenders, particularly in a high-traffic area like an airport.
