What You Will Do:

  • Utilize analytical tools to forecast inventory requirements that cater to both aftermarket and internal customer needs.
  • Assist in ongoing profit assurance forecasting and enhance the accuracy of inventory forecasts through the development of robust analytics.
  • Act as the primary analytical resource for the planning team.
  • Strategically optimize global inventory positioning to fulfill customer expectations for regional support.
  • Develop an inventory plan that ensures effective investment, inventory turnover, and achievement of service level key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with Programs, Supply Chain, and Front Line Support to support all activities and product improvement initiatives related to the aftermarket.
  • Seek and implement opportunities for process improvements proactively.
  • Adhere to established inventory budgets and initiatives.
  • Regularly identify and take action on inventory shortages and excesses.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A University Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience; alternatively, 9 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Background in data analytics is advantageous.
  • A strong team player with an ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Excellent analytical and inventory management skills.

This Role is:
Onsite: Employees in onsite roles will primarily work at our Muskegon location, which is essential for the development of our engines.

The expected salary range for this role is between $82,000 and $164,000. This range represents a good faith estimate across various experience levels. RTX takes multiple factors into consideration when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role, responsibilities, the candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and specific skill sets.
