Job description:

An installer will work and receive training under the guidance of our current Production Manager (PM). The responsibilities of the installer encompass various tasks, including but not limited to providing outstanding customer service, performing installations, conducting site cleanliness, and managing truck inventory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of all installations while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Accurately complete necessary paperwork within specified timelines.
  • Conduct all duties in accordance with OSHA and relevant safety regulations.
  • Maintain a safety-first mindset at all times.
  • First-year installers can expect to earn between $70,000 and $80,000.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience in roofing, siding, or gutters is advantageous.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.
  • Must demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to enhancing services.
  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
  • Capability to stand, lift, climb up to 40 feet, and bend for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Proficient in using various hand tools.
