In this role, you will support the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by executing essential responsibilities aimed at serving as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss or dishonesty, including the use of a body-worn camera. Your efforts will also uphold a positive shopping experience for customers, fostering strong collaborations with store teams and the loss prevention department. You will exercise sound judgment in decision-making to ensure personal safety, the safety of others, and the protection of the Company brand, while adhering to our policies and nurturing our Company culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional presence in the designated area at the front of the store.
  • Act as a visual deterrent to deter potential loss or dishonesty.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Store Emergency Response Guide.
  • Wear the complete Company-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera.
  • Greet customers warmly, demonstrating courtesy and respect.
  • Establish and maintain a position at the front of the store or within a designated department.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to store management or customer service via a Company-issued radio.
  • Observe and report any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to the Loss Prevention or store management.
  • Conduct a closing safety sweep of the store alongside a management team member.
  • Adhere strictly to all Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

This position offers a starting pay range of $13.05 to $18.25 per hour, with actual starting pay determined by various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
