Shift: Monday – Thursday (7:00 PM – 5:30 AM or until tasks are completed)

What Warehouse Operations Contributes to Cardinal Health:
Warehouse Operations is responsible for executing a variety of manual or automated tasks essential for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. This includes receiving products, fulfilling orders, packaging, and shipping within established team objectives to ensure timely order delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established processes for order fulfillment, including accurately picking products, conducting quality control checks, packing items, and preparing orders for shipment.
  • Engage in cross-training across multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
  • Execute housekeeping and inventory control tasks while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to train and be certified in operating material handling equipment as required for the role. Examples of equipment include order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfort working at heights of 20-30 feet regularly

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with technology, such as computers or point-of-sale systems, is a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
