In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with all customers, exemplifying customer service principles, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as a role model for established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
– Support and promote a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Process customer purchases and returns accurately, including handling cash transactions in accordance with established operating procedures.
– Actively promote the store’s credit and loyalty programs.
– Uphold the merchandising philosophy and adhere to established merchandising procedures and standards.
– Efficiently process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in line with company guidelines.
– Participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day as needed.
– Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor, contributing to the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the entire store.
– Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback to foster a collaborative environment.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support and engage in store shrink reduction initiatives and programs.
– Participate in safety awareness efforts, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.
– Perform other duties as assigned.

This position has a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. Actual starting pay will be determined based on various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
