  • Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate meetings, trade shows, and private parties.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of events are covered.
  • Help prepare event materials, including invitations, programs, and informational packets.
  • Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all equipment is in place and functioning as expected.
  • Provide on-site support during events, assisting with registration, attendee inquiries, and logistical issues.
  • Maintain a detailed event calendar and keep track of deadlines and deliverables.
  • Compile post-event reports, including attendee feedback and final budgets.

QualificationsQualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
