Job Description
Job Title: Uniform Security Officer
Company: DK Security
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 for a Uniform Security Officer in Grand Rapids, MI, is somewhat competitive but may be lower than the industry standard, depending on experience and specific job requirements. As of 2023, typical pay for security officers in Michigan generally ranges from $15 to $25 per hour, with more experienced or specialized positions fetching higher rates. Factors such as the cost of living in Grand Rapids, the level of responsibility involved, and additional benefits can influence competitiveness. Therefore, while $17 might attract entry-level candidates, it may not retain or attract those with more experience or specialized skills in a growing job market.
