Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver
Company: Visiting Angels
Location: Adrian, MI
Pay: $17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17 for a caregiver role in Adrian, MI, is generally below the national average for similar positions, which tends to range between $20 to $25 per hour in many regions, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. While wages can vary significantly based on demand, cost of living, and the level of care required, Michigan’s average wages for caregivers usually align closely with or slightly below the national average. Therefore, while $17 per hour may be acceptable for entry-level or unlicensed caregiver positions in a lower cost-of-living area, it may not be competitive for experienced caregivers or those providing specialized care, suggesting that employers might need to offer more attractive compensation to draw in qualified candidates.
