Manager Qualifications:
A successful manager understands the therapeutic benefits of Massage Therapy and embodies the following qualifications:
– Proven management experience, including roles as a sales manager, operations manager, or general manager
– Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead a team efficiently and ensure smooth operational processes
– A genuine passion for coaching and fostering the development of team members
