In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by actively engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational standards related to merchandising and loss prevention, and may be cross-trained to assist in various store areas to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Model established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Accurately process customer purchases and returns, and manage change according to established procedures.
– Promote credit and loyalty programs.
– Uphold merchandising philosophy while following established procedures and standards.
– Effectively prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
– Initiate and participate in store recovery activities as required.
– Maintain organizational and cleanliness standards for the sales floor and contribute to overall store upkeep.
– Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support and engage in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage.
– Participate in safety awareness efforts to maintain a safe environment.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
