Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager – Dayton
Company: Ground Systems

Pay: $50000 – 60000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate translating to an annual salary of $50,000 to $60,000 for a Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager in Dayton, OH, generally falls below the average for such a position. Landscape Operations Managers typically earn between $60,000 and $80,000 annually depending on experience and responsibilities, with variations based on regional demand and cost of living. In Dayton, the lower end of this range may reflect local market conditions or company budget constraints, but overall, the offered salary seems to be somewhat below the competitive standard for the role in the industry. Therefore, while it may attract candidates seeking entry or mid-level positions, it may struggle to draw more experienced professionals expecting higher compensation.
