We are currently seeking enthusiastic, positive, and sales-driven professionals to join our team at the Auburn Hills Costco location. This is an exciting opportunity to represent renowned nutritional supplements produced by Qunol and Zena, including Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

As a representative, you will be trained to actively promote sales while demonstrating the distinctive features, benefits, and value of our highly sought-after products, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, Pure Colostrum Powder, CoQ10, Magnesium, and a variety of Turmeric offerings.

Available Demo Hours: 10 AM – 5:30 PM, with availability all days of the week. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays offer the highest commission opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to supplement their income with part-time work.

Compensation:

• Starting hourly rate of $26, with additional bonuses for exceeding sales quotas
• W-2 Employment status
• Promotional kit provided, with bi-weekly pay via direct deposit
• Average earnings for brand ambassadors are between $200 and $300 per day, while top performers can earn over $500 daily

Bonus Structure:
The bonus system rewards your sales performance and reflects your potential earnings. Shifts run from 10 AM to 5:30 PM, allowing you to benefit from a peak shopping period for our products. Example commissions include:

• Selling 30 Super Greens results in a $90 commission
• Selling 20 Liquid Collagen yields a $60 commission
• Selling 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) earns a $15 commission

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• Engage with Costco members to effectively promote our brands.
• Represent yourself and the company with professionalism and competence while on-site at Costco.
• Deliver exemplary customer service on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Maintain open communication with your manager by checking for messages and responding promptly.
• Participate in scheduled paid compliance calls with your team and/or regional manager.
• Manage physical tasks, including lifting and carrying a 2’ x 4’ folding table (approximately 20 pounds) from the parking lot to the store and back, as well as transporting products and sales materials.
• Stand for extended periods and work independently as the sole team member at the location.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with the ability to effectively engage customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
