Griswold Home Care for Medina, Wayne, and Western Stark Counties is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to become a part of our team. As a caregiver, you will hold a crucial position in assisting our clients to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.
About the Caregiver Role:
In the capacity of an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide compassionate and customized care to individuals within their homes. Your efforts will significantly contribute to their well-being and comfort. This role offers flexible scheduling, with available daytime shifts. Clients typically require 4 hours of care, with opportunities for longer shifts when needed.
Responsibilities:
– Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
– Prepare meals and cater to dietary needs
– Administer medication reminders
– Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
– Assist with light housekeeping and household tasks
– Accompany clients to appointments and run errands
Requirements:
