Responsibilities:
Joining our team means engaging in vital activities, such as:

  • Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to conduct patient assessments
  • Administering medications and monitoring patient responses to prevent adverse reactions
  • Performing routine laboratory tests and providing therapeutic services
  • Educating patients and their families about treatment plans, self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care
  • Identifying safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety, taking appropriate corrective action as necessary

Qualifications:
We welcome candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within one month (30 days) of hiring or job transfer
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse certification obtained prior to hiring or job transfer
  • High school diploma or GED
