We are seeking individuals who are committed to delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by actively engaging with all customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adherence to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards is essential. Positions may require cross-training to fulfill varied roles within the store and support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as a role model for established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Accurately process customer purchases and returns, ensuring precise counting of change according to established operating procedures.
– Promote credit and loyalty programs effectively.
– Uphold merchandising philosophy by following established procedures and standards.
– Accurately prepare merchandise for the sales floor in alignment with company policies.
– Participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day as necessary.
– Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and contribute to the overall maintenance of the store.
– Provide and accept recognition, along with constructive feedback.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Contribute to store shrink reduction initiatives and programs.
– Engage in safety awareness to maintain a secure environment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
