Pay: $18.65 – 37.35 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18.65 to $37.35 for the Assistant Microbiologist role in Tipp City, OH, is generally competitive but varies significantly based on experience and specific employer. For entry-level positions, the lower end of the range ($18.65) is typical, reflecting the starting point for technicians or assistants in microbiology. Conversely, the higher end ($37.35) is more in line with experienced professionals or those in specialized roles. Given that the role involves night shift work and rotating weekends, it may attract a premium due to the less desirable hours.
