AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.37 to $20.47 for a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in Findlay, OH, appears to be within the typical range for this role, though it may vary based on factors like experience, the employing facility, and local demand. Generally, QMAs in Ohio earn between $15 and $25 per hour, suggesting that this pay tier is on the lower to mid-range of the spectrum. Compared to national averages, which often hover around $15 to $22 per hour, this rate seems competitive for entry to mid-level positions, particularly in a smaller city such as Findlay. JOIN TEAM TRILOGY:
We are currently seeking dedicated Medication Aides to join our compassionate team. Our shifts are 8 hours long, beginning at 6 AM, 2 PM, and 10 PM. For those selecting weekend positions, we offer an additional $2.00/hour shift incentive.

At Trilogy, our Medication Aides perform all the essential functions typically expected of a Certified Medication Aide (MA-C). The relationships you cultivate with residents and colleagues are what make working at Trilogy genuinely unique and fulfilling. Whether you are involved in nursing, food service, or housekeeping, your career here is enriched by the stable and familiar faces you encounter each day, in contrast to the hurried atmosphere of other care facilities.

Our team fosters your professional growth, contributing to a supportive atmosphere that makes even challenging days more manageable. That’s the essence of Trilogy.

Let’s explore our benefits:
– Regular wage increases every 90 days
– Competitive salaries with weekly pay, including shift differentials
– Attendance, referral, and gas bonuses
– Comprehensive health, vision, dental, and life insurance, effective on the first of the month following your start date
– A 100% Team Trilogy approach with no agency staffing
– Educational support including student loan repayment, scholarships, and tuition reimbursement
– Complimentary meals for each full shift worked
– And many additional perks!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
In this role, you will:
– Advance your career through our Apprenticeship Program
– Prepare, administer, and document all medications utilized across the health campus
– Maintain detailed resident records related to medication distribution, recreational activities, incidents, and observations
– Ensure that all medications brought in by new residents are properly examined and verified by the attending physician, facility pharmacy, or pharmacist
– Foster a nurturing and compassionate environment where residents feel respected and secure
– Adhere to health campus policies regarding the disposal of medications

If you possess the following qualifications, we encourage you to connect with us:
– A Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (MA-C) with experience in long-term care
– An active and unencumbered CNA certification for the state in which you will work
– A High School Diploma or equivalent
