Job Title: Life Enrichment Activities Assistant – Assisted Living

Company: Brethren Care Village

Location: Ashland, OH

Pay: $11.5 – 13.3 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $11.50 to $13.30 for a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant in Ashland, OH, falls below the national average for similar positions, which typically range from $13 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and specific duties. In Ohio, the median wage for such roles can also vary, but many positions in assisted living facilities tend to be closer to the $12 to $15 range. Considering the cost of living in Ashland, this pay scale may be less competitive, particularly as the demand for qualified staff in the healthcare and assisted living sectors remains robust. Therefore, this wage might not attract a broad pool of qualified candidates.
