Line Cook Job Summary:

Throughout each shift, you will maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked line. The ideal candidate will possess full-service restaurant experience, an understanding of the company’s financial considerations, and ensure strict adherence to recipes. Compliance with health and safety regulations, including food rotation, labeling, and sanitation practices, is essential.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Proficient in following written recipes and order tickets
- Capable of delegating tasks and monitoring progress effectively
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and optimized kitchen practices
- Strong understanding of diverse cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Demonstrates accuracy and efficiency in task execution
- Familiarity with industry best practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods, typically 8 or more hours daily
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds regularly
