Who You’ll Work With: Bernstein Administrative Assistants serve as dedicated client service professionals characterized by their drive, ambition, and exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Working in close collaboration with Wealth Advisors and Management, they contribute significantly to the growth of our Private Wealth Management Platform. This role presents an exciting and challenging opportunity to partner with investment professionals in addressing the diverse needs of our clientele.

What You’ll Do:
You will work in partnership with multiple financial advisors to enhance productivity and efficiency through a variety of service and support functions, which include:

– Preparing advisors for client and prospect meetings by creating and assembling presentations, meeting materials, and reports.
– Demonstrating a hospitality-oriented mindset when organizing and facilitating on-site client meetings.
– Effectively managing advisors’ calendars, including scheduling and maintaining meetings, while considering their preferences and requirements.
– Serving as the primary point of escalation for client inquiries and administrative requests.
– Proactively engaging with advisors to understand their priorities, keeping them informed of changes and developments that affect their practices and clients.
– Establishing strong relationships with clients and their professionals, responding to their needs with urgency and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
– Collaborating with fellow administrative assistants, coordinators, associates, management, and internal business partners to accomplish tasks, identify solutions, and support overarching business goals.
– Assisting in event coordination for the office, including responsibilities such as participating in strategy calls, reaching out to attendees, and managing event logistics.
– Taking ownership of tasks related to general office maintenance, including supply ordering and facilities management.
– Performing general administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, answering phones, maintaining databases, overseeing expense management, and organizing travel arrangements.
– Answering incoming internal and external calls, both within your team and while covering reception duties.
– Managing data entry, tracking, and coordination on team-focused initiatives.
– As proficiency is gained, responsibilities may be expanded to include higher-level projects aimed at enhancing business development and client servicing efforts.

Approximate Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility to work overtime as workload demands shift. Total compensation is competitive, comprising a base salary plus overtime.

In adherence to applicable law, the minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is as follows:

Base Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000. Actual base salaries may vary based on factors such as education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related elements. Base salary constitutes just one aspect of total compensation at AB, which may also include commissions, year-end incentive compensation, short- and long-term incentives, and Department-specific awards.
