Job Title: HOUSEKEEPER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a housekeeping position in Cincinnati, OH, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. As of 2023, the average pay for housekeepers in Ohio typically ranges from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific job duties, and whether the position is part-time or full-time. While $15 is above the minimum wage, it may not be considered competitive, especially in a labor market where many employers are offering higher wages to attract and retain workers. Therefore, for attracting quality candidates, the pay could be adjusted to better align with prevailing rates in the region.
