    • Conduct account and data research to bolster pursuit efforts and assist with ad hoc CRM requests, pipeline reports, and the development of presentations and pursuit documents.
  3. Event Execution Support:

    • Collaborate directly with market developers or pursuit leaders to ensure the successful execution of market-facing seminars, conferences, meetings, and networking events. Responsibilities may include planning, coordinating materials, AV setup, registrations, and post-event wrap-ups.
  4. CRM Database Resource:

    • Serve as the primary resource for CRM database support within the local market or industry, encouraging training and adoption of data tools among users.
    • Assist in capturing account, contact, opportunity, and activity data in the CRM, as well as generating reports and coordinating dashboard requests.
  5. Review and Compliance:

    • Review pursuit deliverables to ensure compliance with brand and risk guidelines, maintaining high document quality standards.
    • Engage in proposal training to develop skills necessary for preparing pursuit documents, leveraging available templates and graphics.
  6. Collaboration and Engagement:
    • Regularly engage and contribute to discussions and activities within focus areas, such as industry or market growth teams.
    • Collaborate effectively with Growth Support leaders, team members, and other internal teams to meet business needs.
