- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Position Summary:
The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for the daily operational management within a designated area, ensuring that all operational and account management objectives are met. This role involves leading direct reports and achieving operational goals efficiently.
Essential Functions:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations effectively
- Oversee performance management and development for both exempt and non-exempt employees
- Manage daily planning and scheduling of operations
- Prioritize health and safety measures
- Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations required
- At least one year of direct supervisory or leadership experience required
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office is essential
- In-depth knowledge of the logistics industry and supply chain regulations required
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and production practices required
