Responsibilities:
What You Will Do:
– Implement comprehensive and personalized weekly schedules and care plans
– Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) safely and professionally
– Provide personal companionship, maintaining an active and engaging relationship with each client while offering ongoing social and emotional support
– Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
– Facilitate transportation to and from appointments as necessary
– Undertake administrative tasks including documentation of completed tasks and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capabilities, or behavior
Qualifications:
To Get Started You Will Need:
– A minimum of 1 year of professional caregiver experience
– Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification
– Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and a dependable vehicle
– Ability to travel up to 25-30 miles
– Open availability is strongly preferred
– TB Screening/PPD and/or Chest X-Ray
– Basic Computer Skills
– Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
