In this role, you will perform essential office and clerical duties for one of our resorts while serving as the first point of contact for current and prospective guests and residents.
Guest Services Coordinators are responsible for managing routine office tasks and administrative responsibilities in collaboration with the Resort Manager and other team members.
Job Duties:
- Welcome guests and cultivate positive relationships by addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs for reservations.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, and filing.
- Collect and record security deposits, rent, and payments for various services.
- Maintain accurate resort records, reports, and files.
- Prepare and disseminate resort communications, including rule reminders, violation notices, and newsletters.
- Ensure the office is adequately stocked with supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Strong customer service capabilities.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet navigation.
- Experience in an RV resort office or hotel front desk is a plus.
