Essential Functions

  • Produce a variety of intricate beverage recipes from complex ingredient combinations following standardized recipes.
  • Quickly learn and retain information regarding beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes.
  • Function effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
  • Multitask across various roles within the operation, including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation responsibilities.
  • Operate and clean specialized kitchen equipment, troubleshoot issues, and refer complex problems to leadership.
  • Identify and rectify ingredients or finished products that do not meet quality standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications
Required

  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and effectively communicating in English.
  • Basic math skills and computer proficiency.
