What You Will Do:

  • Implement personalized weekly schedules and care plans to meet the needs of clients
  • Perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) safely and professionally
  • Provide personal companionship, offering social and emotional support to each client
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and feeding
  • Arrange transportation for clients to and from appointments as necessary
  • Conduct administrative responsibilities, including task documentation and reporting changes in clients’ physical condition, mental capability, or behavior

To Get Started You Will Need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional caregiver experience
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
  • Proof of a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Open availability is strongly preferred
  • TB screening, PPD test, and/or chest X-ray
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
