Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lead funnel by following up with interested prospects, scheduling their initial classes, and ensuring a remarkable first-time guest experience. Provide tailored membership details based on the Group Fitness Coaches’ recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed established Key Performance Indicators by generating leads, booking appointments, and driving membership and additional revenue sales.
  • Promptly address member inquiries and appropriately resolve any concerns.
  • Adhere to brand compliance standards by following all OTF systems and procedures. Maintain an organized front desk and effectively prioritize tasks as needed throughout your shift.
  • Greet members by name and accurately record class attendance. Create memorable moments for members by celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and personal achievements.
  • Stay informed about all studio activities, including current promotions, fitness challenges, and corporate initiatives.
  • Work independently and take ownership of your contributions to the success of both the studio and team.
  • Assist with the upkeep of a clean and organized studio environment.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Comfort with using new technology, smartphones, and computers.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for helping others.
  • A strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to professionalism.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multitask and manage member inquiries effectively.
