Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the lead funnel by actively following up with prospects interested in trying Orangetheory, scheduling their initial classes, and ensuring an outstanding first-time guest experience. Provide membership information in alignment with the recommendations from the Group Fitness Coaches.
  • Achieve and surpass Key Performance Indicators by generating leads, booking appointments, and facilitating membership and package sales, along with exploring additional revenue opportunities.
  • Address member inquiries promptly and handle any concerns with professionalism.
  • Ensure brand compliance by adhering to all Orangetheory systems and procedures. Maintain an organized front desk while efficiently prioritizing tasks throughout your shift.
  • Greet members by name and accurately track class attendance. Create memorable experiences for members by celebrating special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, and personal achievements.
  • Stay informed about studio events, current promotions, fitness challenges, and corporate initiatives to effectively communicate with members.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and take accountability for your contributions to the studio and team’s success.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable utilizing new technologies, smartphones, and computers.
  • A growth mindset coupled with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • A strong work ethic, ethical standards, and professional demeanor are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and member inquiries.
