Job Description
Job Title: Dietary Aide
Company: Life Care Services
Location: Holland, MI
Pay: $13.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13.50 for a Dietary Aide position in Holland, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when considering industry standards and regional wage trends. As of 2023, the average pay for Dietary Aides in Michigan generally ranges from $14 to $18 per hour, though this can vary based on factors such as experience, specific job responsibilities, and the type of facility (e.g., hospitals, nursing homes). Additionally, the demand for healthcare support roles tends to push wages upward due to a competitive labor market. Thus, while $13.50 may meet minimum wage requirements, it is not particularly competitive relative to the average and may make it challenging to attract and retain qualified candidates in this field.
