Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver 2nd shift
Company: Homestead
Location: Mount Clemens, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver 2nd shift” position in Mount Clemens, MI, is generally below the industry standard for similar roles. As of late 2023, caregivers in the area typically earn between $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. The cost of living in Michigan, particularly in suburban areas like Mount Clemens, further supports the need for competitive wages. Therefore, while $15 per hour might attract some candidates, it may struggle to retain skilled workers or compete effectively in the local job market.
