As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming and guiding customers throughout the store.   • Familiarize customers with our fashion trends, stories, and products across all store areas.
  • Effectively promote and sell our products to customer segments.
  • Actively encourage customers to join our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and participate in our in-store sustainability initiatives.
  • Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with store management to support commercial and operational actions to meet sales targets.

Fashion & Trend Awareness

  • Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, styles, brands, competitors, and influencers.
  • Utilize your fashion and product knowledge to inform and assist customers effectively.

Team & Development

  • Share and retain your service, fashion, and store operations expertise with colleagues.
  • Adhere to all procedures, routines, and legal requirements relevant to the store.
  • Foster a culture of feedback to encourage learning and support among team members.
  • Participate in available onboarding processes, training, and courses that will enhance your role and professional growth.

Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution

  • Manage the full garment cycle, from unpacking and replenishing to steaming and ensuring proper care.
  • Maintain the fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices and procedures.
  • Contribute to a clean, organized sales floor and back-of-house environment, including stockrooms.
  • Ensure attractive merchandise displays that align with visual and commercial guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and follow replenishment routines on the sales floor to optimize product availability.
  • Maintain best practices for in-store OMNI services and related technology (e.g., Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
  • Comply with all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements relevant to your role.
