Compensation: $23/HR – $25/HR
Key Responsibilities:
- This role will play a pivotal part in supporting our operations, human resources, and finance functions. The ideal candidate will excel as a cross-functional partner, demonstrating creativity in problem-solving, efficiently removing obstacles, and providing comprehensive administrative assistance to various stakeholders, including leadership and plant associates.
- Compile analytical reports for operational use.
- Review accounts payable invoices daily to ensure accuracy and appropriate coding to the correct general ledger accounts.
- Process Bills of Lading post-shipment, ensuring correct billing and document retention.
- Provide ad-hoc support for internal and external audits, including compiling requested documents and conducting necessary research.
- Validate and receipt customer returns to confirm return reasons and ensure the accuracy of product quantities and SKUs.
- Maintain general office management duties.
- Manage supply purchases.
- Oversee event planning, setup, and management for meetings, meal purchases, and plant-related activities.
- Provide general desktop support and liaise with the IT department to resolve technical issues as needed.
- Organize document filing as necessary.
- Accommodate plant guests.
- Manage the Access Control System by creating access badges and terminating access as required.
- Support the customer service team in addressing requests related to Bills of Lading and resolving invoicing discrepancies.
- Occasionally serve as back-up to the HR Business Partner in conducting new hire onboarding and addressing employee inquiries.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; an Associate degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role with office management responsibilities.
