Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Apartment Complex

Company: Samaritas

Location: Mount Pleasant, MI

Pay: $18 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $18 for a “Maintenance Technician – Apartment Complex” in Mount Pleasant, MI, is relatively competitive but may vary based on several factors such as experience, specific skills, and the complexity of the job. As of 2023, the typical pay range for maintenance technicians in similar roles tends to be between $16 and $25 per hour, with entry-level positions often starting around $15-$17 per hour, and more experienced technicians commanding higher wages. Considering the local cost of living and demand for maintenance personnel in the area, $18 per hour could be viewed as an attractive entry point, though individuals with more experience may negotiate for higher salaries. Thus, while it is competitive, it may be more favorable for entry-level candidates or those with less experience in the field.
