Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services/Custodial Operations Manager 2 for Alma Medical Center located in Alma, MI. Our dedicated Sodexo Health Care Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams oversee housekeeping operations at healthcare client locations, working collaboratively to deliver innovative solutions. These teams are instrumental in driving client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service through effective communication with all levels of hospital staff and ensuring follow-through on action items that enhance both client and patient satisfaction. What You’ll Do
– Drive client and patient satisfaction scores.
– Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff while collaborating closely with the Infection Control department.
– Lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives.
– Effectively manage the Unit Operating System.
– Promote and support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Qualifications & Requirements
– Minimum Educational Requirement: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
