About the Role:
As a Brand Ambassador Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the Bath Experts brand and fostering positive customer interactions with the aim of driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing disposition, thrive on engaging with others, and excel in conversing and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position that requires availability during evenings and weekends.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
– Enhance brand visibility and increase sales through event marketing, demonstrations, and strategic promotion of the Bath Experts brand.
– Represent the Bath Experts brand at marketing events by overseeing planning and coordination, generating leads, and scheduling appointments.
– Interact with prospective and existing customers in a professional and cordial manner.
– Serve as a subject matter expert, responding to customer inquiries regarding our products and services while highlighting Bath Experts’ value and expertise.
– Employ a consultative sales approach to educate customers on the full range of Bath Experts’ services and products.
– Gather comprehensive information from clients for the purpose of scheduling appointments.
– Provide additional marketing support by engaging with inbound and outbound leads and fulfilling various marketing-related tasks.
– Additional responsibilities may include supporting other markets, assisting in the training of new team members, and tracking and reporting on event outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:
– A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required (retail sales experience is preferred).
– Industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
– Reliable transportation is essential, with the capability to travel with large branded items.
– An outgoing, personable demeanor coupled with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations.
– Proficiency in adhering to established processes to generate sales appointments.
