Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook who is enthusiastic about preparing and cooking food to meet Quaker Steak & Lube’s standards. You will play a key role in providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience through your commitment to delivering quality cuisine at its finest.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
– Ensure food presentation aligns with our standards and is visually appealing to guests.
– Monitor inventory levels and recommend additional preparation as needed.
– Communicate effectively with team members regarding ticket times and any potential service issues.
– Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation practices.
– Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
– Previous line cook experience is preferred but not mandatory.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
– Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
– Willingness to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
