The responsibilities of our Caregivers encompass a broad spectrum of services, ranging from basic companion care—including light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation—to more specialized personal care, which may involve incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing. Caregivers may work varying shift lengths, from 1 to 24 hours, and have the flexibility to choose from weekend, nighttime, or morning assignments.
We offer a competitive pay rate of $14 per hour, along with monthly schedules based solely on the hours you select. We also provide quarterly training sessions, as well as individualized training, ensuring you feel confident and prepared in your role.
Additional Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
- A strong attendance record
- Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
- Two references required
- Direct deposit to a bank account or prepaid card is necessary
- Ability to pass a background check
- CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training are advantageous
- Valid car insurance is required
