In this role, you will be primarily responsible for fostering an exceptional customer experience by leading a team of Associates at the front of the store. Your focus will be on ensuring prompt and courteous service while actively promoting our loyalty programs. By setting an example through your engagement with customers and maintaining a clean and organized store, you will embody the standard of outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a positive experience for both internal and external customers.
  • Uphold a culture of honesty and integrity, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Take an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles.
  • Guide and coach Associates in personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Oversee register assignments, provide POS coverage support, and manage break schedules for all Associates.
  • Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Ensure Associates complete tasks according to the store plan, prioritizing as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively and accurately with management and Associates regarding priorities and provide regular progress updates.
  • Give and receive recognition and constructive feedback proactively.
  • Collaborate with management to identify Associate training requirements for increased effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Advocate for credit and loyalty programs.
  • Support store shrink reduction initiatives and participate in related programs.
  • Promote safety awareness and help maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This position offers a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual starting pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
