The Beachwood Marriott is currently in search of qualified culinary professionals to join our full-service kitchen team during the second shift. Our hotel offers a diverse range of food and beverage outlets, including the River City Grille, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As our AM Line Cook, you will apply your culinary skills to deliver a consistently high-quality product to our morning guests. Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
– Ensure consistent quality of food preparation following recipes, production, and portion standards as per guest orders.
– Proactively start food items in advance, avoiding over-preparation based on estimated needs.
– Assist with the preparation of vegetables and condiments as required for subsequent shifts.
– Aid in banquet meal preparation as assigned.
– Date food containers and manage the rotation of perishables to ensure proper storage temperatures.
– Monitor inventory and readiness of kitchen supplies and equipment, notifying management of any needs.
– Maintain and clean kitchen equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
– Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries, properly dating and rotating containers.
– Successfully complete the breakdown and cleaning of workstations at the end of service.

Qualifications:
