Job Title: (Student) Football Team Assistant

Company: Davenport University

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $12 – 12.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 – $12.50 for a “(Student) Football Team Assistant” in Grand Rapids, MI, is generally on the lower end of the pay scale, especially considering the cost of living in the area and typical wages for positions within sports and athletics. For entry-level roles or internships, pay can vary significantly based on the organization, but similar positions in associated fields—like coaching, administrative support, or event management—often start at or above $13 per hour. Given that this is a part-time role commonly filled by students, the wage may attract individuals seeking experience rather than competitive compensation; however, it might not align well with the expectations of students looking for substantial financial support or competitive pay in the local job market.
