Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator Part Time

Company: TJX Companies

Location: South Euclid, OH

Pay: $13 – 13.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 to $13.50 for a “Customer Experience Coordinator Part Time” position in South Euclid, OH, is below the industry standards, which typically range from $15 to $20 per hour for similar roles in customer service and experience coordination, particularly in urban areas and with regional cost-of-living considerations. While this wage might be acceptable for entry-level positions or in regions with lower living costs, it generally falls short of attracting candidates with relevant experience and skills. Therefore, this compensation appears less competitive in the current job market and may limit the pool of qualified applicants.
