Job Position Description:
This role is instrumental in fostering cleaner and healthier environments for our clients through the execution of essential duties and responsibilities. The position entails an 8-hour shift at a rate of $14 per hour. Additional responsibilities may be assigned, including but not limited to:
– Executing all cleaning tasks for facilities utilizing designated ServiceMaster products, tools, and protocols.
– Cleaning responsibilities encompass sweeping, mopping, polishing, waste disposal, window cleaning, and more.
– Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
– Opening and securing facilities and managing the activation and deactivation of security systems as necessary.
– A preference for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping roles; however, this is not a strict requirement.
– On-the-job training will be supplied for individuals demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
– Experience in a professional janitorial capacity, such as in office complexes, hotels, hospitals, or schools, is advantageous.
– The ability to adapt, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks is essential.
– Contribute positively to the workplace atmosphere with a pleasant demeanor, showing dependability and punctuality while in uniform.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:
