We are seeking qualified CDL-A drivers to join our team with a $12,000 retention bonus available. Schedule

  • Approximately 85% of driver routes allow for home daily.
  • Typical schedule consists of 4 days on, 12 hours per day.
  • Saturday deliveries are often required.
  • Driver vacation coverage may necessitate some night routes and overnight hotel stays.

Main Responsibilities

  • Safely operate trucks for customer deliveries while adhering to scheduled delivery times.
  • Unload products from the trailer using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, ensuring accurate placement in designated customer storage areas.
  • Verify delivery accuracy with customers and secure necessary signatures.
  • Handle any collections and payments from customers as applicable.
  • Provide professional customer service to enhance the client experience.
  • Conduct all required pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing between 20 to 80+ lbs during each shift.
  • Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions, with frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications

  • Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence, including necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
  • Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience required, or three months of experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry.
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations.
  • Proficiency in reading and communicating in English to engage in conversations, understand traffic signs, respond to inquiries, and document information.
