Job description:

Compensation: $23.00
Location: Akron, OH
Shift: Part-Time (Saturdays and Sundays only)

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a commercial vehicle and perform all duties with a strong emphasis on safety, including conducting thorough vehicle inspections.
  • Efficiently manage a designated customer base along a route that encompasses an average of 50+ stops per day.
  • Utilize a handheld application-based system to accurately record transactions and manage customer data.
  • Oversee inventory management and effectively balance daily route activities.
  • Complete service calls and resolve customer issues to cultivate solid relationships with clients.
  • Safeguard company assets through the collection of equipment and customer payments.
  • Identify opportunities to acquire new long-term customers, supporting route growth and promoting upselling of our existing product line.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possession of a CDL Class B license is required.
  • Ability to comply with Primo Water’s Motor Vehicle Policy.
  • Capable of meeting ongoing federal DOT physical requirements and testing.
  • Proficiency in basic computer/data entry skills and mathematical abilities.
  • Previous customer service and some sales experience is preferred.
  • Must be physically able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 60 lbs.
  • Ability to climb stairs as necessary.
  • Some travel may be required based on company needs.
