Job description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals for a bartending role at Spring & Main, where you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive relationships with guests.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including detailed beverage recipes.
  • Accurately process all food and beverage orders through the point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all workspaces and food/beverage surfaces in accordance with restaurant protocols.
  • Ensure safe alcohol service by utilizing company resources, conducting proper ID checks, and recognizing signs of intoxication.
  • Gain proficiency in the Good Food Rewards Program, managing it in accordance with company policies.
  • Handle guest checkout processes efficiently and responsibly, including cash and credit card transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with serving, kitchen, and management teams to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Mix cocktails according to house recipes, ensuring adherence to proper measurements for liquor pours.
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures in alignment with company policies and Health Department regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in bartending and/or cocktail mixing is preferred.
  • A strong enthusiasm for customer service with a guest-first attitude.
  • Basic computer literacy and math skills.
  • Candidates must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
