Job Title: HOUSEKEEPER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a “HOUSEKEEPER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)” position in Cincinnati, OH, is generally considered on the lower end of the pay scale for this role. While it may align with or exceed minimum wage laws, industry standards typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, duties, and employer type (e.g., residential vs. commercial cleaning). In Cincinnati, cost of living considerations and local wage trends suggest that a more competitive hourly rate would be advantageous to attract and retain qualified staff, particularly given ongoing labor shortages in the hospitality and service sectors.
